My Lineage
Namgyal Rinpoche
"If you offer me the fruit without using your hands, then I'll enter your presence without using my feet..." ~ Namgyal Rinpoche
"In this fathom long body, subject as it is to illness, old age and death, I show you the coming into being and the passing away of a universe" ~ Shkyamuni Buddha
I met Namgyal Rinpoce in April 1987 after traveling to to China and Tibet the previous year. Having witnessed first hand the deep devotion of the Tibetan people, they inspired me to practice diligently. It took about five years, but under Rinpoche's guidance and encouragement I finished 100,000 prostrastions and Vajrasattva mantras not to mention 1 million Chenrezi mantras along with countless other meditations. These practices and Rinpoches teaching changed my life. He taught us how to walk this planet with engagement, interest and peace. For me, the essence of his teaching was loving kindness and compassion. I spent 8 years in Canada, meditating, attending classes and supporting his teachings at the Dharma Centre of Canada by managing retreats, supervising the kitchen and lending a hand with property maintenance. It is with reverence and gratitude that I include the link below, to one of his classes on meditation. I offer this so that it may be of benifit to anyone in search of peace.

Donna Eden
Donna Eden is the founder of Eden Energy Medicine. As a young woman she suffered from life threatening illnesses that western medicine gave up on. Having the ability to see the body's subtle energies, Donna went home and learned to heal herself. This was the beginning of her journey that resulted in her devoloping the precious teaching of Energy Medicine! After her recovery, Donna started to heal others with energy medicine. This quickly led her to develop ways to teach those of us who can not see the bodies energies to test and balance them. This became the basis of her great gift to the world, Eden Enegy Medicine! Today Donna is the embodiment of radiant joy! She litterally beams healing radiant enegy at you!
