Who is this class for?

Anyone interested in learning basic self-care techniques for yourself, family, friends or your patients and clients, if you are a healthcare provider.

This class will introduce you to our body's subtle energy systems and how to bring harmony and balance to them, relieving many physical and emotionally stressful symptoms. Join me as we explore the power of Energy Medicine, doing simple, yet very powerful exercises you can use everyday to enhance your health, joy and vitality. These techniques are easy to learn and are handy in helping friends and family feel better as well! Our day will be filled with learning and practice, but at the end of the day we will pull it all together by giving and receiving a mini-session to balance and calm our energy. You'll leave feeling joyfully calm, while having learned how to cultivate that feeling everyday on your own!

In EM 101 you will learn:

1. Introduction to your body's energy and how your energies flow
2. A Daily Energy Routine that will have your energies humming in no time
3. Ways to feel more grounded and centered
4. How to address your stress
5. How to boost your immune system
6. Ways you can calm and reduce stressful emotions

Continuing Education Credits

Innersource is approved by the NCBTMB as a continuing education Approved Provider (450052-06). Both Em 101 & 102 Classes are approved for 6 CE's and the contact hours may be used for required certification for massage therapists. ($10 for Massage National Board CE Credits, available upon request)

Marion is a superb teacher, which was apparent from the onset of Energy Medicine 101. There were 4 of us in that class, and I was the only one who had not done any body work in the past--there was one Reiki Master/nurse and two acupuncturists that day--so I was brand new to much of the information. Marion was extremely patient, clear, kind and supportive to me, to all of us, for that matter, as we moved our way through a large body of knowledge. Her teaching style is eclectic--ranging from hands-on to Power Point presentations to videos to interactive to actively practicing energy medicine routines--which all served to keep things exciting, moving along, and out of the humdrum category! I also took Energy Medicine 102 with one other classmate--an acupuncturist--and Marion was exceptionally helpful and patient and clear as I worked to assimilate much of the vast knowledge that she was sharing with us that day. Not only is Marion brilliant and kind and knowledgeable and engaging as a teacher, but she is also very intuitive, something I have come to respect and admire in someone who instructs, especially when one is working in the field of energy. This class was also GREAT!
